We are two guys who live in Galati Mamertino and Longi, two small villages perched on the Nebrodi Mountains, in Sicily. Here, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and ancient traditions, we Valerio Campisi and Gaetano Calandi have decided to give life to a project that comes from our love for the land and its unique products. Our adventure began with a simple but ambitious dream: to enhance and make known the gastronomic excellence of our territory, sharing with all of you the authentic and unmistakable taste of Sicily.

Our Roots
Our passion for typical culinary products was not born by chance. One of us comes from a family that has been running an artisanal business producing local specialties for years. We have always breathed the scent of freshly baked bread, hand-worked dried fruit and desserts prepared with ancient recipes, handed down from father to son and it is precisely this legacy that has driven us to want to make the best of our land known, combining tradition and digital innovation.
